Tushar Morzaria
Independent Non-Executive Director
Tushar was appointed to the Board in May 2022. Tushar brings a wealth of financial services experience to the Board and has extensive knowledge of strategic financial management, investment banking and operational and regulatory relations. He also has a deep understanding of equity and debt capital management.
Skills and experience
Tushar was previously Group Finance Director at Barclays Plc for eight years and prior to this, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Global Investment Banking at JP Morgan Chase & Co. Tushar is a chartered accountant.
