Kirsty was appointed to the Board in November 2026. Kirsty has extensive insurance and financial services experience, having spent over 30 years in senior executive and board-level roles.
Skills and experience
Kirsty brings deep legal, governance, risk, compliance and people expertise from her former role at Aviva plc, where she was Group General Counsel and Company Secretary, Head of the Office of the Chairman and an Executive Committee member until December 2023.
Kirsty is currently a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Risk and Compliance Committee at Aon UK Limited. Her previous non-executive roles include Non-Executive Director and Chair of the People Committee at Scottish Widows Group and Senior Independent Director of HM Land Registry and the Royal Opera House Covent Garden Foundation.
