Zoe is an accomplished executive with more than 30 years' experience in risk management, governance and regulatory programmes, having recently served as Global Head of Credit Risk Review at Citi. Her previous roles at Citi included International Chief Risk Officer and EMEA Regional Chief Risk Officer. Prior to this, Zoe was the Managing Director EMEA Head of Lending at Morgan Stanley and Managing Director of Risk at Barclays Investment Bank.

Zoe holds an MBA from Warwick Business School and graduated from Aston University with a BSc (Hons). She was appointed a Non-Executive Director at Cifas, the UK’s leading fraud prevention service in 2020.
