A General Meeting relating to a proposed reduction in capital will be held at the same location after the AGM at 12.30pm (or 10 minutes after the AGM is concluded or adjourned, whichever is later).

In light of the UK Government’s prevailing Covid-19 restrictions, and with the wellbeing of our shareholders and colleagues as our primary concern, it is with much regret that we were unable to hold a physical AGM this year.

The Legal & General Group Plc 2020 AGM was held at 11.00am on Thursday, 21 May at the Company’s registered office, 1 Coleman Street, London, EC2R 5AA.
In light of the Coronavirus pandemic and in response to the UK Government’s guidance, the arrangements and format of the AGM were altered this year. In particular and with much regret, this year’s AGM took place as a closed meeting and shareholders were not able to attend in person.
