We have been made aware that customers of two companies called SQ States LTD registered in England and Hong Kong respectively, both using the website sqstates.com (“the SQ Companies”), are being directed to Legal & General in regards to repatriation of monies owed to them by the SQ Companies.

Please be aware that Legal & General has no affiliation or legal relationship with the SQ Companies and has no liability for any monies owed by the SQ Companies. Moreover, the Financial Conduct Authority (“the FCA”) has identified SQ States LTD as a firm that may be providing or promoting financial services or products without the FCA’s permission. The FCA suggests that consumers should avoid dealing with this firm and be aware of scams.
