We are collaborating with Age UK to provide practical support to UK communities struggling with long-term financial stability.
For older individuals with low incomes, the cost-of-living crisis following the COVID-19 pandemic has been particularly acute. Many vulnerable older people are now facing difficult decisions between essentials like heating and eating, having sacrificed discretionary costs long ago amid persistently rising prices.
They also often encounter barriers when seeking help and support, such as complex benefit applications and digital exclusion. Tailored one-to-one support within the community is an effective solution, but it's not universally available.

Our partnership with Age UK will help fund its Holistic Advice and Support Service, which includes expanding access to in-person advisors in three regions currently lacking this support.
Age UK is a trusted source of advice and support for older people across a range of issues, including financial wellbeing. Assistance is available through the Age UK Advice Line, information guides, and local Age UK charities.
“We're proud to partner with Age UK to make it easier for older people struggling with long-term financial stability to access practical support and advice in their communities.”
