Corporate sponsored nominee

The Corporate Sponsored Nominee service allows you to hold shares electronically, so there is no need for a paper certificate.

By joining our Corporate Sponsored Nominee you will no longer need to keep your share certificates in a safe place or risk having to pay for a duplicate if your certificate is lost.

Individual shareholders hold their Legal & General shares in a nominee holding, registered in the name of Computershare Company Nominees Limited.

You will also be able to buy or sell Legal & General shares through Computershare Share Dealing Services at competitive commission rates, without having to send in a certificate. The dealing service will be available to you from the day the shares are transferred to your account, with no need to wait for a share certificate to arrive in the post.

Join the Nominee Service

To join the Nominee Service, first review the terms and conditions under which your shares will be held and then complete the Nominee Deposit Form together with your share certificate to Computershare.
