Momentum through change

Creating better places

We are aiming to reverse the trend of chronic under investment, reduce economic inequalities and create better communities in which to live and work. We’re rolling out the next generation of urban regeneration, pumping capital into towns and cities that have seen too little investment for too long.

Climate and nature

The need to tackle climate change and nature loss is becoming increasingly urgent. It is one of our strategic growth drivers and we aim to deliver via our three-pillar strategy: Invest, Influence and Operate. Being a sustainable business defines our role in society and the value we create.

Working together

We aspire to empower our employees to work together to create value for our customers, shareholders and the communities we’re here to serve. Our people are united behind a shared purpose to have a positive impact on society and to put customers at the heart of everything we do.

Cardiff Central Square investment

We have invested over £1 billion in Cardiff, transforming the city centre and generating excellent financial performance. Our regeneration of Cardiff has not only created state-of-the-art workspace, homes and better transport, but also a sense of arrival when people step off the train into Central Square. Cardiff shows the scale of our ambition and our work is by no means finished.
