Urban regeneration in Sheffield

We are investing in the urban regeneration of Sheffield as part of our inclusive capitalism strategy to regenerate towns and cities across the UK. Our investment is in the West Bar development scheme, which is a regeneration of part of the city centre. Post the decline of the industrial era, we are creating a whole new community with places for people to live and work.

Our clean energy investments

Legal & General Capital is investing in infrastructure and technology to support the transition to a low-carbon economy. This includes new technologies that will play a significant role in the future as we go on a journey to net zero emissions.
