Lesley Knox

Lesley was appointed to the Board in June 2016, and became Senior Independent Director on 22nd September 2023. Lesley brings a wealth of international, strategic and financial services experience having spent over 17 years in senior roles in financial services, including with Kleinwort Benson, Bank of Scotland and British Linen Advisors.

Skills and experience

Lesley previously served as Chair on the Board of Alliance Trust PLC and as a senior independent director at Hays plc. Lesley is also a non-executive director of one of the Group’s principal operating subsidiaries, Legal & General Investment Management (Holdings) Limited.
