Dave has worked at Legal & General for 25 years. Dave has extensive knowledge of Legal & General’s administration and transition processes and leads our in-house and UK-based Client Service team of over 100 people. Dave’s expert team provides a first class service to both our corporate clients and the pension scheme members whose benefits we insure.

During Dave’s tenure leading our Client Service function for the past decade, Legal & General has secured over £50 billion of retirement income and looks after more than half a million customers. Dave’s team supports pension schemes of all sizes and plays an integral role in both the pre and post-sale processes for the transactions we complete, which have ranged from less than £1 million to over £4 billion.

Dave’s team delivers exceptionally strong service levels which are amongst the highest in the UK financial services industry. Our average Net Promoter Score (NPS) has stood at above +70 for the past four years in a row, which is widely regarded as being at a “world class” level. Our Client Service team is a globally-accredited member of the Customer Contact Association (CCA). In 2022 Dave was named Director of the Year at the CCA Global Excellence Awards.
